Saturday was a great night! I got to meet some wonderful bloggers and readers! We ate at a delicious restaurant called Planet Thailand. It had a wonderful open atmosphere with beautiful decor. Here is a shot of our table!
Melissa from Fitness NYC was sweet enough to coordinate the event and gave us amazing gift bags!!
They were filled with delicious macaroons and granola from One Lucky Duck, guest passes to Physique 57 and Kinespirit!

I started off with a delicious drink called a Lychee Green Tea.
I was buzzed after 2 sips! My kind of drink!!
Dori and I shared a Sushi Roll and an entree!
We got a Tiger Roll: Eel, Tuna, Crunchy Salmon, Avocado wrapped in a soy wrap. It was good but not the best sushi I’ve ever had.
Our entree was AMAZING!!!
It was chicken and shrimp with cashews and string beans in a chili Sauce. The sauce had an amazing flavor!! I would go back just to get it again!!
I got a 2nd Lychee Green Tea!!

All of the girls were so nice and friendly. We could have talked for hours and hours! I can’t wait to meet most of them again at brunch this weekend!!

Just wondering, were there constant flashes going on at the restaurant? I can't image that many healthy bloggers, all eating & taking pictures of everything so they can go home & upload them to their compture. This image in my head is hilarious! haha…
