Happy Thursday! I turn 24 today! It does not feel like my birthday since I am sitting at work! I have off tomorrow so it should be a nice, long weekend! I was going to go away but I could not get it together with moving and everything. I will probably do some fun day trips to the beach instead! Anyway, back to yesterday!
I made a wonderful bowl of oatmeal of course.
Archer Farms Blueberry Almond oats with a banana, Barney Butter, and granola. Yummy!
I skipped the gym at lunch since my morning spin class was crazy! Instead I relaxed in the office and read some magazines. I brought a great sandwich too.
Turkey, ham, mozzarella and American cheese with mustard, hummus, and lettuce on an Arnold’s sandwich thin!
Man.. I love when cheese is exploding out of my sandwich!! I also had Michael Season’s chips on the side.
Along with some Chocolove dark chocolate to satisfy the sweet tooth!
I was full all afternoon but at 5:00 I grabbed Awesome Almonds out of my desk. I tried to just eat half the bag but they are too good!
After work, I went to the Mets/Phillies game again! I was not hungry all night because of the almonds and 3 beers that I had. I decided to just wait till I got home to eat dinner, especially since there was only sausages and hot dogs around our seats last night. I did have some of the boy’s pretzel though!
It is scary to see that his 1 pretzel was 465 calories! He also got a bag of peanuts for over 900 calories! Oh and a burger, and a Snickers, and bag of Swedish fish! If I was him and never gained weight, I’d be eating all that too! I hate men.
Meeee..
Some guy gave us cool Phillies towels!
The Pin Man came and sat next to me!
The Cow Bell Man came over to us too! Apparently he is famous or something because everyone was getting his autograph!
My future boyfriend…
The Phillies were losing the whole time but then they tied and it went into extra innings! Finally in the 11th inning (because 11 is the best number ever) they won! It was fun walking out because the Phillies fans were crazy and screaming. I started yelling at some guy because he told me to go back to Philly! I said, “I LIVE HERE NOW A* HOLE!” I am shy in person but when I have some beer in me, I can get loud and mean if necessary! It was a lot of fun!
We did not get home till 11:30 at night so I decided to make something light. I was still not even that hungry but knew I should eat something since I drank! I decided on PB & J!
I had some Michael Season’s Hot Chili Pepper Cheese Curls on the side.
All I have to say is Michael Season was not lying when he said hot chili pepper! Ouch!! My mouth was on fire!
I did not think I would make it to the gym this morning since I did not go to bed till 12:30. I set my alarm for 5:40 anyway just to see how I felt in the morning. Once the alarm went off, I went back and forth debating about getting up. Finally at 6, I decided I should get up since I promised myself I would go each morning this week. I know sleep can be more important but I figured I might be eating cake today too!
I knew there was a 6:45 spin class at one of my gyms. I had no idea if I was going to make it so I was going to take Vinyasa Yoga at 7 at a different gym if I was late. My train got to the first gym at 6:43 so I ran on in to spin!
The class was not nearly as good as yesterday. I still broke a sweat but the teacher was much less enthusiastic. I think I also did not work as hard since my legs were sore from yesterday’s crazy class! Still better than nothing!
I had a lot of extra time and wanted to do weights but I really have issues doing them myself. I either get too bored or I get intimidated by all the men surrounding the machines. I’ll have to stick with the Shred or Total Body Conditioning classes to get some weight training in. I decided to relax in the steam room instead. It was so nice. I stayed in there for 15 minutes half asleep until it got too hot. It felt great on my muscles too.
Now I am at work just waiting for a cupcake! Have a nice day!

As Holly remarked, how funny that you and Jenna share the same birthday and birth year (I think). You also ate the same bread at lunch. Very Twilight Zone.
