Bachelorette Party

Saturday was my sister’s bachelorette party in Atlantic City! It was crazy but a lot of fun. I woke up and made myself some MyWayCereal before heading to my sister’s apartment.

I had a 2nd bowl since I knew I had a long ride ahead of me!

We were supposed to take a Greyhound bus there but my sister was getting over a virus so her friend offered to drive us. I am glad it worked out that way because we got stuck in awful traffic. We left at 1 and did not get there till around 6 at night. It is supposed to take 2 1/2 hours, not 5!

We got to the Borgata and got ready for dinner and the club. We did a little pregaming in the rooms too! I felt like I was in college all over again running from room to room getting ready!

We finally made it to dinner around 10:00 at night. We ate in a restaurant in the Borgata called The Metropolitan.

I got a delicious Sangria. It was so strong!

I wanted something on the lighter side since it was so late and we were about to go out. I got a grilled chicken salad with cabbage, carrots, and ginger dressing. I also split fries that you can see in the picture with the girl next to me. I had a roll as well to soak up the alcohol!

We went to a nice club in the hotel called MurMur. It was supposed to be a $20.00 cover but we got in free. We had an issue with our room because it was not ready when we got there and it was supposed to be clean by 4:00. At 8:00, it was still not ready. We did some complaining to the manager so we got put on the guest list. We also got a free round of shots and drinks for all 11 girls! It pays to speak up!

The club was a lot of fun. We danced all night!

We stayed until it closed at 4 in the morning. My drunk self lost everyone so I ended up in the casino by myself! I wandered over to Video Poker hoping I would have the same luck I had a few weeks ago! I lost $40.00 and then decided it might be smart to find everyone! I got yelled at for walking without shoes in the casino but the heels were just not happening at that hour. Finally I found everyone in the food court. Some girls got burgers but I was too nauseous from drinking too much! I think we got to bed at 5:30 or 6!

Sunday we woke up at 10:00 to check out. We went right to breakfast because we were all so hungover. We all sat at the table rockin our “Brides Bitches” visors.

I got the perfect breakfast for my hangover.

A mushroom, spinach, and tomato egg white omelet with potatoes and whole wheat toast. Just what I needed!

We did some outlet shopping and visited my mom at her condo before we left. My mom saw Kim Kardashian at a beach bar on Saturday night!

We left Atlantic City at 6 and got home around 9. I was dying of hunger so I made a quick turkey, ham and cheese wrap.
