Quick little update on my afternoon…
I went to the gym at lunch and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I did intervals of 2minutes at Resistant 4, Incline 4 and 2 minutes at Resistance 10, Incline 10. I burned 205 calories. I plan to do Cardio Kickboxing after work as well so it will be a good workout day for me.
I got back and brought out my turkey wrap that I made last night.
It looks pretty messy because the wrap ripped in half when I was making it. It was still fun to eat! It contained Laughing Cow Cheese, American Cheese, Turkey, Hummus, Mustard, Lettuce, and Cucumbers.
I restocked my kitchen with popchips over the weekend!!
I had a piece of a brown rice bar for dessert! I plan to finish the bar with a pear later in the afternoon when I am craving a snack. For now I am on my 4th piece of gum..oops!

I bought a back of Pop chips forever ago and have yet to try it. I’m going on a road trip this weekend, I may need to break them out.

I keep forgetting to try the Parm & Garlic Popchips I have been carrying around everywhere! Again today I ate a dif snack because I forgot.

Wow isn’t it strange how we always go through the same stuff! I always get carried away on weekends and You’re totally right! I MUST remember that I cannot eat as much as the boyfriend without gaining weight. GRRRRR.
Dang I totally get super cranky when it’s rainy outside and i’m out in the wetness/coldness walking and sploshing around. We’re only human right?? But good for you for insisting on walking back from blockbuster! hehehe I hope the weather is nicer today!
