Hello All! Hope everyone is having a lovely day!
At lunch I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I felt naked without my heart rate monitor! I had the watch part but left the strap at home! Oops! Still a nice little workout!
I came back for some Tuna and Goat Cheese!!!

I topped an Arnold’s Sandwich Thin with mustard, hummus, and goat cheese…
Then layered it with tuna, cucumbers, and lettuce! Yum!
With some Mary’s Gone Crackers Sticks and Twigs! You know how I said these things contain Omega-3? Well today I got a taste of fish in one of my twigs! Not so appetizing! I know it was not the tuna because I finished my sandwich way before I was done the twigs! Oh well, at least I will have some healthy skin and bones
I got back to my desk and brought out a Newman’s Own Dark Chocolate Square with some Peach Ginger Green tea!

The pic was after a bite because I pulled out the chocolate and was ready to take a picture but people kept walking by me! I put the chocolate and camera back in my desk till everyone left but had to have a bite of the chocolate before snapping a pic!
I brought some of my
Mix My Granola and a 2nd
dark chocolate square today for my oatmeal but ended up at Jamba again this morning! Of course I dug right in for no reason just because it was there!
I kept picking out the dried blueberries but somehow almost the entire bag is gone by now! I am so full too but it is just yummy! This is what happens when I try to stop chewing gum! I am really going to try to save the rest of whats left in the baggie for tomorrow…which is not much!
I also have this bag of grapes in the fridge which I should have brought out instead of the granola but the kitchen is a far walk away and the granola was right under my finger tips! At least if I feel the need to much again I can go get the grapes!
Okay I need to stop thinking about food! I am not hungry! Guess that’s what happens when I read food blogs all day!
On another note, tomorrow morning I will be participating in a
Spin-A-Thon with my girlies
Dori and
Melanie!! It is at
6:30am for an hour. It’s for a good cause too! It benefits Muscular Dystrophy. This will be my first time spinning for an hour straight so I am very excited!
I probably won’t go to the gym tonight since I have to be out of the house at 5 am tomorrow and need to give my muscles some rest before an hour of spin! I am thinking of doing one of my new
Exhale Core Fusion DVDs instead! I’ll probably try Pilates since the Body Sculpt is supposed to be so intense!! Can’t wait to try it!
Hope everyone has a nice night! More giveaways!!

Missy,
Stick with the no gum thing…I promise it gets easier, but definitely best not to have a bag of granola anywhere close by!
Mmm, love goat cheese and best of luck with your Spin-A-Thon tomorrow!

That’s why I’m afraid to go cold turkey on the gum.
I seriously HAVE to have something in my mouth at all times.
The Spin-a-thon sounds so fun! Good luck!
