    I try to eat oatmeal every day for breakfast. I also eat a lot of salads, granola bars, whole wheat pasta and breads as well.

    I also drink V8 juice for the small amount of fiber it offers. I’d love to try the Fiber One yogurt since we already eat the Fiber One Granola bars.

    My hubby loves the Fiber One Apple Streudal Granola bars!

    I usually eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast (10%), include a fiber one bar with lunch (35%), then pop some fiber chewables before dinner (50%). I figure I get another 5% in there somewhere via other foods.
